"Madeleines, Cherry Pie and Ice Cream is the result of a shared love of food and life among family and friends.

Together we offer you a place to call home. We bake pies, pastries, squares and cookies. We host birthday parties, showers, first dates and high tea. We offer premium quality coffees and teas to artists, writers, dreamers and best friends. We treat our customers like family, too. Our goal is to make every visit to our shop warm and interesting.

Every bonbon we import is a souvenir of somewhere someone in our Family remembers, It may be Crème de Maron from France, Fruit from Niagara, Confetti from Italy and Tea from China. We love all things beautiful.

I specialize in making wedding cakes. Mom rolls every pie shell by hand. On Sundays we all serve brunch. You remember, the kind of brunch where you may have to slide over to make room for “one more person” at the table. Our menus change, just like the seasons. If you call us in advance we may be able to meet your request. We are a small family business, and we hope to see you soon!"

That is how it began: good food, good friends, good times.  Today, a visit to Madeleines means more than just picking up a pie for dessert. It is all about the experience.  We offer cafe service, signature layer cakes for weddings and special occasions and host birthay parties, showers and corporate parties in our Turn of The Century Sweet Shop.  Eat in or take out, call ahead for group reservations or to find out what events we have coming up (and what cocktail Dustin has concocted for the event.)
